Disability Services

We offer bespoke packages of support and care to people with a Learning Disability, Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) or Acquired Brain Injury, those moving from home for the first time or moving from another care setting. Kilcreggan Homes works with service users, their families, carers, professionals and friends to help achieve a comprehensive support plan and smooth transition from home or care to community supported living.

Every tenant has a unique person-centred support plan tailored to help individuals live as independently as they can with control of their life and opportunities to develop skills, relationships, communication and confidence to lead a satisfying and valued life in their community.

Kilcreggan Homes currently works with three of the Health and Social Care Trusts and N.I.H.E. Supporting People programme to successfully identify clients in need of housing support and those who can benefit from our unique day and employment opportunities. Kilcreggan currently has twenty two tenants based at their Carrickfergus site.

Supported Living at Kilcreggan Home is designed around the person. Kilcreggan Homes provides housing in a variety of ways such as:

• in partnership with Choice Housing Association;

• as landlords of community based housing adjacent to our main site;

• directly to service users in their own homes within the community.
