Air Ambulance sponsered walk

A massive congratulations to the service users and staff of Carrickfergus Base who organised a sponsored walk to raise money for the Air Ambulance NI in memory of a member who sadly passed away last year. The walk was held in Carrickfergus and service users and staff from Newtownabbey and Larne Bases, the Focus Group Carrickfergus and the Day Opportunity team from Northern Health and Social Care Trust joined in the walk as well as helping to raise an impressive amount for the Air Ambulance.
Smiles greeted the walkers and red bucket shakers in Carrickfergus from passers-by and plenty of craic was had. A well-deserved break was had afterwards to rest those tired feet.
